Digifox was a startup phone app that offered various cryptocurrency dashboard services, like crypto banking. I began working with the company in March 2021.

Challenge: Structureless Startup
DigiFox was going through a staffing upheaval when I began working with the company in March 2021. I wore many hats; Lead UX Designer, Technical Writer, and Project Manager. As UX Lead, I established an entire JIRA project dedicated to design strategy. Tickets followed the normal Agile methodology of backlogging, stack ranking, moving through progress, review, and done. Unique ticket statuses were also devised for issues that needed additional attention like Copy Writing and User Testing.
UX Design is often iterative, trading back and forth between various teams like Product, Development, QA, etc… the system I established took this into account, tracking essential design ‘Milestones’ using Component labels and linking to related Development tickets.
